I submitted a loan application 3 weeks ago. I have sent 5 emails for status and faxed them also, still no response and they have all the documents they need. I have been a good customer to them but their customer service is the pits. I have not had to use customer service before on my other loan but now I see they do not respond to any correspondence or inquiries. User's recommendation: IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE THEM.
