No response from this organisation re My ferry booking

I have phoned this company over 20 times send 12 emails raised complaints through ABTA and ' Resolver ' lobbied my local MP -- raised an investigation with Consumer affairs agency. All this and they still do not respond ' why is this company allowed to trade ' or hold a carrier license ? User's recommendation: Avoid this Company -- get an free inflatable boat and paddle to Spain / France yourself.
