I ordered 3 dresses and sent emails asking where my order was. When the order finally arrived, one of the dresses was not even close to the dress I ordered. The other two dresses were low quality and not even close to the size recommended in the sizing chart. I have repeatedly requested assistance and return address to send the dresses back. I received replies, such as we will process a refund in three days. Nothing. All subsequent replies were vague and placating. I feel like this will never be resolved and I am a very dissatisfied customer. User's recommendation: Do not order from this company. You will waste your money and be very disappointed with your purchase.
