No product; no response; no refund

Ordered item on 4/19; received confirmation. On 4/28, I received notice of shipment, but no tracking information. Sent two follow-up emails requesting that information and received no response. On 5/12, I called customer service (on hold 1 hour, 15 minutes before call was answered). "Jayla" could find no tracking information, but was to call back when she located (did not hear from her again). Called again on 5/19 (hold time 38 minutes before call was answered). "Taylor" was also unable to give me any useful information, so I requested a refund. She advised her supervisor would not approve refund until tracking information could be found. Apparently they never managed to find anything, because they were to let me know and, yet again, no word about anything. So, on 6/4, I sent a letter to the company's CEO with documentation of every single contact made by me. To date (6/24/2020 - 2+ months after placing order) I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING - no product, no response, no refund. I am THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED and will NEVER shop Ace Hardware again. User's recommendation: NEVER EVER shop at Ace. I would give ZERO stars if I could. To Ace: ask your CEO for proof, I've sent copies of everything to him.
