No paycheck yesterday

i was suppose to get my pay check yesterday and i called the number on the card and they told me the money would hit tuesday february 2 so i went to the atm and i couldnt pull the money. so i called and complained and they put the money back on and i went to pull it off today and it wasnt there. i would like to have the money put back on and if not then i will get a lawyer and sue the company
