No patty on burger

I ordered a #1 "add grilled onions" on 3/1/2021 at 8:22pm from 6414 82nd St, Lubbock, TX 79424. This is the second time in a two weeks they have severely messed up my order. Who wants to order an eight dollar burger when there is no patty? Absolutely ridiculous! I'm not vegan. This could be the last time I offer my money to Whataburger. Ridiculous that I give you my hard earned money and still can't get what I order! It's like the 1950s drive-ins.
