Yodel are useless, don't ever use them. I was in, and tracking said parcel was delivered but it wasn't. They didn't knock or ring and there was no card and definitely no parcel at all. I couldn't call them, no phone line, they are too incompetent to run a phone line at the moment (everyone else can). Webchat was rubbish, it cut off, then they told me to ask the sender or neighbours, the couldn't ask the driver. Seriously. Not helpful. They are the worst courier company ever, do not ever use them!! User's recommendation: AVOID AVOID AVOID.
