No help with a weed eater

I have a Bolens weed eater 5 months old only used last 3 months bought at Lowes It wont start when it does run it wont re start Lowes wont take it back because I did not buy extended warranty Cant get you people to answer the phone I want a new weed eater or my money back.Dontdont User's recommendation: dont buy there product no customer service.
