No follow up, desire to give good service
I have called multiple times. Been told maybe tomorrow, it will be 24-48 hours, 48-72 hours, it will be weeks, No resolution No follow through Only one return phone call These people have no desire to finish an accident claim Agent suggested I take them to court I just do not understand
