I paid for 2 powerleveling services. They did not provide the service. They finished one character, it took them 11 days when the website said it would take 3. The second character they started and then did nothing with for 2 days. I then changed the password and kicked them from my account. They will not give me a refund, and they will not substitute any items for the value of the service. I am filing a fraud charge against them.
