I had problems with the company www.boombah.com. I ordered two pairs sneakers and before I bought them, I have checked the sizes. I really didn’t get it, but somehow they have different sizes and my sneakers were too large for me. But it was my usual size. I tried to contact someone from the customer services, but all my efforts were useless. No one replied to my emails and messages. Be careful with this company!
