No customer service to cancel on line order

I was ready to check out when I noticed an item missing from basket. I went out of the site to restart. Placed ONE order. They processed both orders same stuff minus one item do Now can't get hold of anyone to cancel the first order which they processed without me hitting process. I'm livid No phone service because of COVID-19 No one answering calls. How dare they process it without final consent. User's recommendation: Do not order from this company.
