We bought over $7000.00 of YOUR appliances 8 months ago, the stove has now stopped working, bought extended warranty also only to find out that they do not service rural areas. WHAT???? Idiots should not sell to outside service area residence. They hosed us for over $3000.00 on a stove that they will not service in warranty still. Basically told us we are on our own. Save your money and buy from a company that will service no matter where you live. These guys are fraud and steel your hard-earned cash. Might as well wipe your *** with the paperwork and warranty. User's recommendation: Don’t buy this product.
