We have been customers of your Arbor Day Coffee for 20 years. We're a very outgoing family and we've served numerous cups of coffee to visitors,often sharing "the best" with them, Arbor day. We noticed that our coffee didn't come in the mail and we waited and waited and it still hasn't come and we've been waiting for 8 months. I called and explained we've been ordering for 20 years and had hosted a huge family event and to the family's disappointment, no coffee. We got no apology and no coffee.
