New kayak full of damages

Austin Kayak customer service agent was a very poor negotiators over a very bad damaged ( deep scratches) and very dirty brand new Blue Sky 360 ($ 3, 600). I ask for $500 store credit and they declined it. The store credit would have bee less for them. Is going to cost them at least $400 for the exchange, and on top of it they will not be able to sell that boat. Now I have to wait for them to pick this one and send me a new one. Who knows how long it will be, it has been a week already. NOT SMART BUSINESS PRACTICE. This is a boat that just came out , and probably the first one with me in Miami Florida.
