I just want to say that many times it will take a year to build a home. There are many factors that determine build time. Although, this writer's experience is perceived as bad as it is written I have to wonder why the client was keeping a diary of the process, anyway. Immediately, the journal took a negative tone. I am not associated with this builder in any way. I was simply online looking and since I have built a couple of homes I just felt compelled to comment.
