never receiving a replacement card/ horrible customer service

Hi my name is Lawanda Samuel I filled a complaint of my card had been compromised with this company on July 3, 2017. Today is July 26, 2017 and my account has yet to be rectified. I have not received my replacement card and I have new deposits that are on hold which has caused great hardship on my home and my health. This has been one of the worse experience ever. I have submitted documents over 5 times that they claim they never receive and they continue to give me the run around.I am considering filing a legal complaint against this company the for mental anguish that I have suffered my health has suffered & my home has suffered greatly. My card #ending 6893
