I order a ring about 2 months ago. Even do I ask to be sent to a zale store I have not received it. I have called 2 times. The first call the lady told me it got returned back to the warehouse. She also said I will get a refund in 5-7 days. Still waiting. 2call the guys said it was never escalated that why I didnt got my refund. Now I have no refund or ring. This company suck. Never ordered from this store. User's recommendation: Never ordered from this store.
