Never received my order and can’t get a hold of a person at the company

I ordered a table and chairs from world market back in mid April. I received the table a week later and now its June 9th and I still have no chairs. The chairs cost me over $800. My husband and I have spent hours on the phone trying to get through to customer service and cant get through. I have also sent many emails to customer service and still no help. Not to mention now we have moved to a different state and no longer live at the address they are supposed to ship to. I received an email on May 7th saying they shipped and my paypal account was charged. At this point I need my money back or the chairs shipped to my new house but how am I supposed to go about this if I cant talk to anyone? My next step is to write a letter to the Better Business Bureaus after that I guess get a lawyer? I cant afford to let $800 go. User's recommendation: I am actually sad to say I don’t recommend Cost Plus World Market because I love going in there store. This is my first time ordering a large purchase online from them and will never do it again.
