Never received magazine!

Ordered a gift subscription for my grandson in September. He was supposed to receive the first issue in December. He has yet to receive it and Highlights Customer service is unresponsive - no email replies, the chat is closed and the wait by telephone is interminable. User's recommendation: Don't order!
