I ordered cat food on the 25th of April after confirming with them they do price match then when I ordered I never heard anything and its been two week, two emails went unanswered asking when my item would be delivered and my phone call I made today wasn't answered. I am trying to get the bank to reverse it but as it was my husbands card (with my money he put on it) he needs to talk to the bank and he's on night shift for the next four nights and a grumpy sob I would like to see this company shut down who knows how much money they have taken off people! My poor foster cats have been without food for two weeks and have been sneaking the dogs food as I spent my last $122 on this food. I live pay to pay atm I can't afford to loose such a lot of money I pay for all their care out of my own pocket and the rescue helps when they can which isn't very much but I do it because I love to help cats. I have contacted Pet Circle and they got back to me in two hours price matching and will send it ASAP I'm sorry I ever left Pet Circle
