NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

THEY LIED ABOUT HAVING MY PRODUCT IN STOCK, SAID IT WOULD MAYBE BE THREE WEEKS OR MORE BEFORE IT CAME IN. I AM TRYING TO CANCEL. THEIR WEBSITE SAYS AWARD WINNING CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE PHONE NUMBER GOES IMMEDIATELY TO VOICEMAIL. THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY MSGS NOR EMAILS, I AM TRYING TO CANCEL MY ORDER.
