I have been to this gym forever! It is just so frustrating when you keep getting weird charges! I had $10 charge and I called to ask what that was and no one knows! Then I called 800 number and they completely SUCK! They wasted 30 min explaining how that was returned fee. I had lost my card so I went physically to the gym to change my card and they told me if there will be any late fees, they would waive it! nope! Don't promise things you can't do. I have my whole family and friends in this gym and I don't think any of us will continue our membership if you guys can't even fix such a small issue.
