I booked a flight with Kayak though Aeroméxico in March 2020, I booked before the pandemic to go to a wedding and the wedding was canceled due to COVID-19 I tried canceling my flight, and they never canceled and also never gave me my money back. I used to always book through kayak but never again. User's recommendation: Never use kayak.
