One night I was looking at sandwiches and I asked for help by this one Caucasian girl and she looked at me and said “I don’t know I can’t help you” and went off and help another customer instead. I stand there looking confused as if I did something wrong so I wait to see if she comes back but after 10 minutes she didn’t do a sweet young lady I believe her name is Katrina, comes over and helps me and other customers at the same time, we all felt acknowledged and everyone left with what they needed and was very satisfied with her great customer service. But for the other employees, I WOULD NEVER ASK THEM FOR HELP. They act like you’re asking for a kidney when you need something.
