Need to receive bill so I can pay for what I bought

Thought the bill was paid through PayPal, but I guess it never got through. Would like a bill so I can pay My email is scirmt@***.com I am not upset by any means with PCH. I just want to make sure PCH gets paid. I guess now It's all taken care of. User's recommendation: make sure the bill is paid. If using PayPal make sure it went through okay.
