Ive left specific instructions on your website regarding my package. I wanted to arrange to pick up my package instead of having it delivered because I am not home during the day. However, an attempt to deliver my package was still made.I then spoke with your customer service and gave instructions to keep my package at your Maspeth, NY facility so that I could pick it up from there. She confirmed that the communication was sent, however, my package was still sent out for delivery.
