It taken two weeks to get someone out to find and repair a big gas leak, also I reported a leak before and was told they didn't smell any gas. But after I kept calling so I called a plumber and he went underneath the house and found it, but it taken two weeks to respond and get it corrected. I was in danger for two weeks or better that is really pushing my luck. They finally got it done today 10/14/2020.thank god....
