I finally was able to talk to someone at PGE by calling the corporate phone number. She took down my information and apologized numerous times for the behavior of the PGE worker. She was especially concerned about the first worker, named Gregory, who wasn't wearing a mask. User's recommendation: Be prepared to deal with some of the workers. Most are very courteous, but there are a few rotten ones out here.
