I previously discovered that My Time we're taking money without my concent. I found a repeat transaction of £15 being taken from my account. I made some enquiries and contacted my bank and my time rewards to stop the transaction. I believe this happened but upon checking my bank account yesterday I discovered a further transaction when reviewing the account I discovered this had been happening for well over 6 months. I would like to receive a full refund and have this charge stopped with immediate effect.
