Update by user Sep 12, 2019 $1000 was on a rental car, unfortunately i didn't have it on my policy, they took my car from the scene for a month and took there sweet old time investigating it for a month while i paid for my rental, they put 3 investigators on it over almost 5 weeks ! I had to pay the bill to get my car out of there insurance recovery after almost 5 weeks Ridiculous !!!!!! Original review posted by user Sep 12, 2019 They took my money and would never pay a claim! insted they use manipulative concentration camp process to wear you down over a month to get you to back down and just give up on the claim its just not worth the intimidation and crafty practices they have to coheres you to dropping withdraleling the claim, I got so frustrated about the way they interigated me to finally withdrawal the claim even though I had a legitimate claim, they are ruthless in there desire to not pay. I finally withdrew my claim and took my car back after spending $1000 out of my own pocket just to get away from the harassing company. The most horrible experience of my life. there is no reason to use this company at all. they didnt even save me any money over Progressive which I finally went with. Good luck if you ever trust them! I never will again.
