The other 2 times i lost my phone the security gaurds were down right, rude and, inneffective. They flat out refused to help me. One time my phine was turned into security. The elderly security man held my ohine for over 20 minutes going through my photos and personal content even adter i told him my password. The other time the security gaurd said he would not help me because this wasnt the first time i lost my phone. I had just lost in 5 minutes into being there so a review of cameras would be easy. Flat out refused. Then one day while minding my iwn business the head of security insisted i show him my ID. I redused at first. Then he insisted. He said, "your name is Karen right?" I said, "No its Mary and showed him my I.D. He stumpled on his words and said, "oh you look like simeone tgat was hurt last night." Oh really? If the casino knew who was hurt there surely they would have spoken with the person the day of the injury? Surely he would be helpful and nice to this persin and NOT aggressive and rude.
