My order was sent back, I had to reorder it

Mixed impression about this store. On the one hand, they have a huge catalog. And their prices are much lower than offline. But, on the other hand, I was waiting for my order for 3 weeks in vain. At first, I didn’t pay much attention to the fact that the package didn’t arrive in time. I thought it was delayed. But when 3 weeks passed, I decided to call and to ask where my package was. And I was surprised to hear that it was sent back ’cause I refused to receive it. But I am sure that the courier never came to my house or tried to contact me. I understand that it is the fault of the delivery service, not the store. But, still, that was rather disappointing. And I had to reorder everything.

They often have problems with orders and delivery, you wait more than a month, the goods are in stock, but after ordering they are out of stock, and you have to wait a long time. They need to tidy up their store.
