My order was changed to a different flower arrangement and I want to speak to someone about it.

I ordered Freecias for our 20th Wedding Anniversary and received an email stating that my order was changed to Tulips...flowers that are pretty common! Additionally, since Freesias are not common, I was paying a premium...$103! That kind of money for Tulips is ridiculous! I dont want to cancel the order due to current circumstances, but I dont want to be ripped off either! User's recommendation: Buyer beware! I’ll contact a local florist next time!
