This order was placed but appparently it arrived in Memphis and from there went to different places in Canada. I have been trying to reach someone to help me. The person I spoke two on Monday was helpful and said that it should be arriving soon. She said the company would make it right but so far I still don't have this jacket for my grandaughter. User's recommendation: Do not "order" anything. If they don't have it wait until they do.
