My order is delivered in some wrong address and no support from the customer care as well..

Have order gift and paid the amount as well, order had to delivered in odisha where in the order is delivered in Bareilly through DTDC courier. There is no clarity also in the igp app..its only we can pay and check status.No cancellation, no support.There is only number and you have to wait for almost an hr to get connected to igp cust care!!!! User's recommendation: Not at all.
