My order got stolen

No help whatsoever! Absolutely frustrating!!i Should be able To pick up my package at FedEx location in my area, because my first order had gotten stolen. User's recommendation: All somethin with these damn companies,Spend our hard earned money on merchandise get stolen and can’t do nothing about it ridiculous.
