A plumbing company came to my parents house and tried to convince them that they needed a $15,000 replacement of a pipe. My sister happened to be there at the time and said she thought that was very expensive and would like a written estimate. She was told that "We are not in the business to write estimates ". I could go on and on about this because I was on the phone with my sister telling her to get that company out of our parents house. They had already ripped my elderly parents off the year before. The worker told my sister "he did not like it when family members are there, because they are afraid it will cut into their inheritance". She was very outraged by that comment as am I because he clearly planned on taking advantage of my parents. Their ad for $99 drain cleaning is not to be believed and watch out for their tactics. Outrageous !
