My experienece was very bad

I paid 50% advance money for the job at my rental home and was to pay balance after the job was done. The job completed at 6:30 PM and their office was closed. The worker who had come to do the work insisted on payment since that is what he was being told by Bob Connelly (plumbing specialist). I gave the credit card information on the phone (reluctantly). Without my authorization, they charged me more money than what I supposed to pay. I filed a complaint with my credit card company. Abacus plumbing has now agreed to refund the over charge. Will not be using this company again.
