My ceiling fan ceiling cover doesn’t stay.

I've had ceiling fan for almost 6 months now and I'm trying to get help. I know we are going through tough times but doesn't mean it's alright to give poor customer service. I called harbor breeze and after 35 minutes on hold I received an answering machine to leave a message so I did. I haven't heard from them so I decided to write this review. I normally only right about good service but this is too much. User's recommendation: Good ceiling fan but poor customer service.
