My car was total on Sept2, 2019 Allstate paid off the car, but BBVA has not processed the payment and had not contacted GAP for the difference. Leaving me to continue paying my car payment.
BBVA will not return any of my phone calls. I tried contacting Ed Cox in the Total Loss Dept. but he hasn’t never answered the phone or return my phone call...
