My account balance has not transferred when vinted have instigated an upgrade

Vinted instigated accounts being inactive until updating app and my balance is showing 0 with no way to contact vinted about this. Poor service vinted I have been raving about you before this and I would really like my balance back. User's recommendation: Would still highly recommend but only if my issue is resolved.
