I have a freight brokerage business and I have bought advertising from Mugs Across America for over 15 years and I have never had a problem with them. Each year I I order approx 11 ads in 11 locations in Naples and in Bonita Springs, FL. My rep brings me samples when the mugs are finished and it usually takes them about 4 to 5 weeks to sell all the ad spaces, send out the ad proofs and get them printed.
