Movers called to confirm, I sent them my address, and they said they'd be there. The day of the move they completely ghosted, didn't respond to phone calls or texts and left us completely in the lurch. Absolute garbage. Movinghelp.com should be required to remove movers that don't show up for jobs. Been waiting about an hour for someone to respond to chat for a refund, and waiting about half an hour on the phone. Will keep calling until I get a refund. This is absolutely a breach of contract. User's recommendation: Don't use this website until movers can be verified that they won't bail.
