Months to receive with terrible communication

It's been months since I ordered my 3 items. I received an email after about 8 weeks saying 1 of the items was no longer available and they did credit me within about 36 hours. One of the items arrived finally last week and 1 is still pending. They get you money and that's when the wait begin. I've asked to be refunded immediately. I will NEVER do business with this company again.
