This is complaint about the service I recently received by Mr.Nikhil. He is into mobile repairing business in a shop named Celluar Mart ( K 18-A Shop no. 8 Kalkaji, New Delhi. Ph: [protected]). My cell phone, Nokia 3120 had a functionality problem with the power button and its ring. It was in mid October, that my wife had given the mobile for repairing to the above mentioned address. After a weeks time, the mobile was returned to us with only the power button functioning properly. However, the original battery of my cell phone had been replaced be some local battery. To our confrontation, Mr. Nikhil responded that the battery was not in working condition, which actually is not true. Moreover, he could not bring forth the original battery saying that he has misplaced it somewhere. Despite of all our confrontation, we had to return back helpless. We did not use the cell phone for some time in between. After a few days when we started using the phone, we discovered another problem with the set. The reception of the phone was completely out of order, ie the caller could not hear us. When we went back to him to complaint about this matter, he was not at his shop. We left the cell with his father, who was in the shop then, complaining about the complete issue. He said that Mr.Nikhil will be available in the evening. We then went to his shop in the evening, but deliberately he was missing from the shop. We called him up on his cell to discuss about the matter, to which he refused to even acknowledge us and used language that a dignified person would not take on. Also, this is a local mobile repairing shop and does not provide any receipt for repairing concerns. For this reason, I do not have any receipt for the service provided by him. I was very disappointed by his response over phone and hence decided to file a complaint against Mr.Nikhil. I look forward to your reply and resolution to my problem.
