I have bought moto g second generation mobile from flipkart.com online Order placed on 04/02/2015 received on 07/02/2015. Inspite of my various complaints about my ordered mobile phone regarding charger not working and battery of mobile phone is faulty they refused to replace the product saying seller has turned down your request. May I know that why flipkart is not bothered to resolve the issue since I have paid cash on delivery to flipkart and not to any third party.
