Missing parts & Bad Customer Service

Received box and when I opened it I seen right away that the bracket was there but not the pole. This was of course on a Sunday, so I called the phone number and left a message for a call back, so by Monday I didn’t hear back from CS. I called them again & left another message, in a few hours I received an text messages from a guy named Mike from customer service, he asked me what was missing & I told him what was missing, he said he would check on it and get back to me. Nothing after that, no more communication, I thought that there should be no problem that they would send out missing parts. But I was just ignored, I recalled, kept texting & sent emails. Nothing!!!! So I went through the return process & received an RMA # and directions on how to send back for full credit less what it was going too cost for shipping ($30.00)! I have tracking # from post office that it was delivered, no credit as of now & it’s been over a month now. I’m in the process is going through my CC company & PayPal for the refund. “BE AWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, GO TO YOUR LOCAL BEST BUY AND GET” CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD, TRUST WHAT YOU READ. BE AWARE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY
