Missing items in order and need in 2 weeks

We ordered 3 vinyl Let's Glow Crazy Photo Shoot Backgrounds and only received one. I've sent several messages tried to chat with a live person and got no response. Our event is on July 17th and the backdrops are a must, they are the center of the event. I'm very disappointed in the fact that no one has reached out to me with a solution. User's recommendation: There is Poor communication I do not recommend them.
