Missing item, poor service

I bought a lot of things from this website (over $300) and everything arrived in a timely manner except my dive mask. Mask was missing and it was the most expensive thing from my order. I contacted Scuba and their rep said that was a terrible accident and promised I'll get my mask any time soon. One week later I contacted them to get the latest information regarding my order and was told that there will be issued a refund because mask was no longer in stock! I went to their website and there was no information about that, their site said that mask was available. What a terrible service!
